Indonesia Healthy baby food recipes Vegetable Meat Porridge



Ingredients:


  • 30 g carrots, peeled, finely grated

  • 30 g tomatoes, peeled, chopped
  • 25 g beef
    mince
  • 200 ml water
  • 30 g puree tender beef
    with vegetable mash ready to use
  • 100 ml
    of milk or formula milk 2 tsp melted with
    100 ml of boiled water



How to Make:


  1. Boil carrots, tomatoes, ground beef, and
    water, until cooked. After the water runs
    out, remove from heat.

  2. Pour into a blender, process until smooth.

  3. Pour into a bowl, add the puree tender beef with vegetable mash and milk and stir well.

tips:
Puree tender beef with vegetable mash can be obtained at the supermarket baby food. If no, can be substituted with spinach or broccoli is boiled and then mashed with the same dose.
